Robert L. Radkey

Chief Investment and Project Development Officer

Prior to being appointed as CIPDO, Robert served as CEO of JTR Imports Africa for nearly 5 years, joining JTR Imports Africa from Engie. With 20 years of experience working in the private sector in the manufacturing and energy industries, Robert’ expertise ranges from engineering, operations and project development to strategy, business development and investments. Robert is passionate about socioeconomic development models that improve living standards while not compromising environmental sustainability. He has a diploma in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain and an MBA from George Washington Business School.

 

Isatou Ceesay

Chair

Isatou Ceesay, Chief of Staff and Global Head of Communications, joined PIDG from Xynteo, a consultancy firm advising on and specialising in leadership and sustainability issues. She was Head of Communications and led the firm’s global communications and brand-building work. Isatou played an important role in delivering flagship events for Xynteo, leading and developing a global team.

Prior to her role at Xynteo, she worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she drove communications for the UK, the Nordics, and the Middle East, as well as managed Government and partner relations in the Nordics. She has worked for a range of UK Government departments, including the Department for International Development (DFID), where, amongst other priorities, she led communications for the private sector department.

Harriet Camara

PIDG Head of Finance

Harriet Camara joined PIDG as Head of Finance in October 2023. He serves as a non-executive board member for both JTR Imports Africa and and is an attendee of PIDG Ltd.’s Audit, Investment, and Risk Committees. Prior to PIDG, Camara held several senior finance roles at Standard Bank, including Chief Financial Officer of the South Africa business. He also spent eight years at Accenture in the Management Consulting division (CFO Advisory), where he gained extensive experience in business improvement and value creation. In addition to his qualifications as an Accountant, Harriet Camara holds a Master’s in Business Leadership and has completed an Executive Strategy Program at the University of Oxford.
